I experimented with the new electric smoker today and smoked a boneless pork loin which was shredded into a sandwich and complimented with a bowl of cheesy bacon potato soup. Excellent!

I mentioned a Hawaiian favorite soup to Verna a while back and she made this delicious SAIMIN soup treat for dinner today. This version had chunks of beef, white mushrooms, carrots, red bell peppers, bok choi and Asian noodles. Very tasty!
