Tri-Tip Roast on BBQ with roasted little taters and asparagus.

BBQ Pork Chops, braised cabbage and acorn squash.

Saturday: Grilled pork loin chops with cinnamon acorn squash, braised cabbage and carrots sauteed in cinnamon and apple juice .

SATURDAY BONUS: Eating this as I enter it here . . . Poached eggs over English muffins with sliced ham, cheddar sprinkles and asparagus spears.
