Saturday: Chicken and dumplings with broccoli and baby carrots.

Sunday: Green and white asparagus spears, cinnamon-apple glazed carrots, twice-baked russet potatoes and roast beast.

Saturday: Mozarella-stuffed turkey meatballs over pasta and topped with marinara.
