Friday 08/04: Chicken Buffalo Wing Meatballs served over Zoodles with Hot Sauce. Potentia Melius — Could improve with not-so-hot Hot Sauce. The Meatballs were really good but the sauce on the Zoodles was a bit hot (Frank’s Red Hot Sauce). ****
