Weekend Menu for October 08/09, 2011

Saturday: Baked Pork Chops with cinnamon carrots, apple compoté, bacon Brussels sprouts and acorn squash. A very savory October meal! 🙂


Sunday: Rib Eye steak with Baked Potato and asparagus.


Bonus Meal

Verna whipped up a nice steak sandwich with onions and bell peppers. We also had steamed artichoke on the side.
