Monday – Grilled T-bone steak, broccoli and butter beans.

Tuesday – Southwest steak salad.

Thursday – Baked salmon steak with rice medley and (not shown) green iced tea.

Saturday: Mustard/maple syrup glazed pork chops, apple compoté and macaroni cheese/broccoli medley.

Sunday: Southwestern Salad.

Labor Day: Sandwiches for the trip to our new construction in Arizona.
