BBQ Rib Eye steaks smothered in sauteed mushrooms, Danish-style stuffed baked potatoes and steamed broccoli.

Menu undecided at this point. However, on Saturday (4/26), we are going to the recycle center, the Botanic Gardens and then to shop at Smart and Final where frozen chicken breasts are needed.
Saturday: Spaghetti and Meatballs with fresh spinach salad.
Sunday: Hula Chicken with roasted acorn squash and blended rice.
Probably a chicken weekend, but that could change.
Saturday: Chicken and potato with verde sauce empanadas served with pinto beans.
Sunday: Tenderloin steak with macaroni/cheese, asparagus and braised Brussels sprouts.
Maybe something Chinese to go with the Tsingtao Beer I just bought?
Saturday: BBQ baby back ribs with grilled pineapple, roasted corn and grilled asparagus. Steamed broccoli and cauliflower not shown.
Sunday: Sweet and sour pork with rice, vegetables, bok choi and cabbage.
