Menu Thread for Week Ending 3/28

Pork shoulder and turkey sausage in the inventory.

Saturday: Pulled Pork, Cole slaw with roasted pineapple ring and pickle.

Sunday: Pork and spinach enchiladas with Verde sauce and crumbled cheese.

Pulled pork one day – suggested pineapple rings and broccoli (blue cheese and horseradish dressing) slaw with dill pickles too.

Carnitas burritos the next day – flour tortillas, verde sauce and potatoes with left over crumbly cheese.
