Sunday: Crock Pot Jambalaya.

Turkey breast with spinach-sourdough dressing, Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, cranberry jelly, sweet potatoes topped with turkey gravy. MMMM MMMM.

Bob’s suggestion: BBQ Baby Back Ribs with BBQ Beans and Coleslaw.
Update: Just had spareribs and baby back ribs in October. Need something different.

Saturday: Broiled Pork Chops with Pumpernickel-spinach stuffing, white acorn squash, apple compoté and grilled asparagus spears. We canceled being outside since there was excessive smoke and ash fallout from the firestorms all over Southern California.

Sunday: Crockpot Texas Chili with grilled hot dogs and bratwurst. Not seen here is the Orzo Salad.

Red meat would be a good starting topic . . .
Saturday: Angel Hair Pasta and mozzarella-stuffed meatballs topped with pesto-marinara sauce.

Sunday: Hamburgers topped with Havarti cheese and baked steak potato spears.
