This is the place where we post photos and limited descriptions of our food chioces. As of September 2022, our format changed; we now prepare a post for the coming week’s food wherein we post our selections for a given week/weekend. The weekly post serves as a Menu Planner and is also used to log weekday food with links to photos of some meals. Each individual weekend or special meal will be recorded in it’s own post on the day it’s served.
The category “Potentia Melius” is Latin for it could be better, and is reserved for those recipes that don’t meet with our complete approval.
Our Motto “Celebre Culinae” is Latin for Famous (or Fabulous) Cuisine.
