Need to check the freezer inventory and decide on an entrée.

09:42:59 Bob: pork chops with grilled asparagus and squash
09:43:44 Bob: orzo salad with hot dogs

Saturday: Broiled Pork Chops with Pumpernickel-spinach stuffing, white acorn squash, apple compoté and grilled asparagus spears. We canceled being outside since there was excessive smoke and ash fallout from the firestorms all over Southern California.

Sunday: Crockpot Texas Chili with grilled hot dogs and bratwurst. Not seen here is the Orzo Salad.

Saturday: Angel Hair Pasta and mozzarella-stuffed meatballs topped with pesto-marinara sauce.

Looked in the freezer and saw a lot of pork spareribs. We should crockpot a rack this weekend. Also, there was a package of frozen spinach – something “Florentine” seems appropriate . . .

Green Beans, Mashed Taters, Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy, baby!!

Use the Filet Mignon steaks in the li’l freezer.

Also – White Chicken Chili crockpot style. With cornbread.

Saturday: As promised Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy with Medley of Green Beans, Brussels Sprouts and Pancetta.
