Bonus Breakfast: Spinach and avocado omelet, hash browns and sausage links.

Monday – Grilled T-bone steak, broccoli and butter beans.

Tuesday – Southwest steak salad.

Thursday – Baked salmon steak with rice medley and (not shown) green iced tea.

Saturday: Mustard/maple syrup glazed pork chops, apple compoté and macaroni cheese/broccoli medley.

Sunday: Southwestern Salad.

Labor Day: Sandwiches for the trip to our new construction in Arizona.

Saturday: Hamburgers topped with Havarti and avocado and baked steak fries.

Sunday: Mozzarella stuffed meatballs served with Verna’s Killer Marinara and Angel Hair Pasta.

Bonus Breakfast: Avocado and spinach omelet, hash browns and link sausage.

Saturday: Grilled tri-tip roast with grilled potato wedges and green beans garnished with garden fresh tomatoes.

Sunday: Brats, Hot Dogs with potato salad and baked beans.
