Breakfast

Wednesday 09/21: Breakfast consisting of Scrambled (yolkless) Eggs, Asparagus, Ham, Bell Pepper, Pork Sausage and Onions. Cottage Cheese and an Avocado (not shown) on the side. Delicious!

Verna makes this dish once per week and puts it in the fridge for daily use.

Beef Taco Salad

Friday 09/16/2022: Freshly ground Beef in a Taco Salad with Jalapeño Ranch Dressing, topped with Shredded Cheese, Wholly Guacamole and a Cherry Tomato. Served with a Sugarless Margarita on the side.

Monday 09/12/2022: Chili Size — A Beef Patty on Keto Toast with the wonderful Rattlesnake Chili we enjoyed last Friday. Verna topped off the dish with shredded Jack/Cheddar Cheese and served a ice cold Root Beer on the side. Our usual Ice Cream and Muffin were for dessert. Click on the image to enlarge.
