Menu for Fathers Day Weekend, 2012

Saturday: Surf ‘n’ Turf – Grilled Filet Mignon steaks and Atlantic Salmon with corn-on-the-cob and a Cesar Salad

Fathers Day: Spaghetti with Andouille Marinara and an antipasto salad. Limoncello too.

Italian-style: Antipasto salad and penne regate with Verna’s marinara. Garlic bread and a shot of limoncello on the side. 😀
