Cauliflower Baked Ziti
Saturday 04/22 — Cauliflower Baked Ziti Casserole – Like Meaty Ziti but without the Pasta. Italian Turkey Sausage and Cauliflower Chunks in Marinara Sauce baked in a Casserole with several kinds of cheese. A++
The dinner was delicious, but the presentation left a little to be desired. No points were deducted for that though.

Friday 04/21 — Cheeseburger Pie B
This didn’t turn out as well as we had hoped. It was a little too dry and very crumbly. It was possibly overcooked due to preparation and roasting in a cast iron pan. The flavors were good though.
