Armed Forces Day 05/18: Grilled BBQ Chicken with Bacon Asparagus Gratin ***
Potentia Melius: The chicken may have been a bit undercooked – 35 minutes in a pan with BBQ sauce on the Non-heat side of the grill at temp of ~450° and then on the grill for another 10 minutes. Also, the Asparagus Gratin did not heat up enough when introduced to the non-heat side for the last 10 minutes.
